Rappahannock Goodwill Industries is seeking a Part-Time Back Retail Associate at Furnace Road. You will assist donors, provide tax receipts, price merchandise, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment while delivering strong customer service.

The role includes duties across donation processing, hanger/grader tasks, and basic store operations with potential overtime as needed. High School Diploma or GED preferred; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to count change and perform basic math.
• Experience with cash registers helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptionally friendly customer service to shoppers and donors.
• Perform basic housekeeping on sales floor, donation center, and production area.
