Job summary

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries is seeking a Part-Time Back Retail Associate at our Culpeper location. You will assist donors, price merchandise, prepare textiles for sale, and maintain attractive displays while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include processing donations, providing tax receipts, operating the register, and assisting in other store functions as needed. High School Diploma or GED preferred; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for daily register use and inventory checks.
• Ability to count change and perform basic math accurately.
• Retail or similar experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assists donors, provides tax receipts, and prices merchandise.
• Maintains clean, attractive store displays and sales floor.
• Operates the cash register and handles basic transactions.
• Assists with loading/unloading donations and station upkeep.
• Grades textiles and hangs garments per store layout; cross-trains as needed.
