Job summary

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries in Eagle Village is seeking a Part Time Front Retail Associate. The role involves receiving payments, assisting donors, and maintaining a clean, attractive sales floor to deliver excellent customer service.

You will help price merchandise, prepare textiles for sale, and promote round-up options at checkout while adhering to security and safety policies. This position requires flexibility with hours and cross-training across store functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Retail or similar experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, basic phone communication skills, ability to count change and work a cash register, basic math.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers and donors with friendly service.
• Performs basic housekeeping tasks on the sales floor, donation center, and production area.
• Safeguards company property and equipment against loss, theft, or damage.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Enforces security rules and reports incidents to Store Manager.
• Cross-trains in all store functions as needed to meet goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
