Job summary

The UPS Store in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a part-time Retail Associate for the PM shift (1:30pm-7:00pm) with weekend coverage. The role includes assisting customers, processing shipments, operating copiers, and POS devices, with growth potential into full-time or leadership positions.

Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites, and internet proficiency).
• Outstanding phone skills and communication skills (verbal, written, spelling, math).
• Prompt, dependable, and responsible.
• Able to safely lift 40+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
• Willingness to complete Notary certification and provide notary services to customers.
• Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership.
• Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions.
• Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
