The role supports store management in achieving operational goals by performing duties across several positions, including cashier, textiles or wares producer, donation door attendant, eCommerce producer, e-Books producer and rack/cart runner. Responsibilities include cash handling, customer education on Goodwill programs, merchandise sorting for quality, and maintaining a clean, organized sales

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Educates customers about Goodwill programs and directs questions to staff.
• Maintains cleanliness of the sales floor and purges, sorts, and outfits merchandise.
• Sorts products for quality and tags, and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Produces items per hour for wares/textiles and tracks daily production.
• Handles donation intake, sorts items, and keeps backroom organized and safe.
• Develops eCommerce workflow, tags high-value items, and packs totes for ClickGoodwill.
• Scans and routes books to ClickGoodwill or store displays, and maintains displays.
• Keeps racks and carts clean, merchandises properly, and updates production sheets.
• Willingness to perform various roles as needed to support store operations.
