Job summary

Goodwill of Central Illinois is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in East Peoria to support store operations across multiple roles, including cashier, textiles or wares producer, donation door attendant, and eCommerce producer. You will help maintain the sales floor, assist customers, and handle donations with emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

The role requires reliability, strong teamwork, and the ability to handle physical tasks and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management to meet retail goals in various roles.
• Operate as Cashier, do pricing, checkout duties and cash handling.
• Sort and prepare textiles or wares for display and sale.
• Assist with donations and load/unload trucks as needed.
• Help with eCommerce-related packing and shipping tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and backroom.
• Support inventory tracking and production reporting.
