Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate at our South Hills Village location in Bethel Park, PA to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You will help customers connect online and in-store shopping experiences using our technology and team support.

Join a energetic team led by a Store Manager, with opportunities to learn about fabrics, fit, and product features while driving sales and engagement through events and promotions. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Familiar with active lifestyle products (yoga, cycling, running).
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to keep the store easy to shop and add value to the purchase journey.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to help improve business performance.
• Meet and strive to exceed store sales objectives.
• Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory; boxes weigh 10–30 lbs.
