Job summary

Fabletics at King of Prussia Mall is seeking a driven Part-Time Store Associate to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You will help customers connect online and in-store shopping through our technology, working with an energetic team under the Store Manager.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to engage with customers and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store to find products and answer questions.
• Engage with customers during events and promotions to drive sales.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance shopping experience.
• Unpack and stock inventory; handle boxes weighing 10–30 lbs.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team to meet store goals.
