Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Rochester, MN is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Service team member to assist customers, stock shelves, and process transactions. You will help shoppers locate items, participate in truck unloading, and ensure the store stays well-merchandised and in-stock.

Training on rewards and private label cards is provided. Regular duties include assisting with omnichannel processes and maintaining a welcoming, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise presentation; support safety programs.
• Interact respectfully with others and model Michaels values.
