Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.
• Physically capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and math skills for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock merchandise and assist with freight in a safe manner.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and store areas.
• Maintain a positive, friendly environment with customers and team members.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
