Job summary

Goodwill of Central Iowa is seeking a Part-Time Retail Store Associate in Marshalltown to assist customers, process donations, and merchandise goods. You will operate a cash register, balance cash, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor with a positive, member-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or four years of related service/military experience.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and engage with customers.
• Receive donations from the public.
• Sort and merchandise donations; keep floor organized.
• Operate cash register and balance cash drawer.
• Process donations from donation door to the sales floor.
• Clean and maintain fixtures and merchandise area.
• Move merchandise using dolly, pallet jack, or forklift.
• Meet daily production goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
