Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in merchandising and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets including cash and safety compliance.
• Help supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
