Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus teamwork.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention activities.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Support the Store Manager in supervising and developing associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
