Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily management and operations of the convenience store and fuel station.
• Support and enforce store policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Assume Store Manager responsibilities when the manager is unavailable.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, and shift management.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve customer concerns.
