Chestnut Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead the assigned convenience store and fuel location. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, protect store profitability, and ensure customer experiences meet our standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Convenience Store Manager preferred.
• Experience in retail management, team leadership, and store operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing labor scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and lead multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day convenience store and fuel station operations.
• Lead, schedule, train, and supervise store employees and Assistant Managers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience standards.
• Manage store profitability, including labor costs, inventory control, and expense management.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, inventory accuracy, and store financial documentation.
• Analyze sales results and operational trends and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and State and Federal regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, product ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor purchases and ensure proper procedures with suppliers and distributors.
• Conduct store audits, operational reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees on operational procedures and customer service standards.
• Ensure the store maintains cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain a positive and productive team culture and work environment.
• Implement new operational processes and support company initiatives.
