Job summary

Hard Rock International's Tejon location is seeking a part-time Steward to support kitchen and dining areas by maintaining clean dishes and silverware, ensuring inventory par levels, and assisting in equipment maintenance. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a Steward’s Department.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and public spaces.
• Assist in ordering and receiving non-food items for the Food & Beverage department.
• Inspect equipment and ensure proper operation per safety and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate with Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage.
• Participate in meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
