Job summary

Hard Rock International's Tejon location is seeking a part-time Steward to support kitchen and dining areas by maintaining clean dishes and silverware, ensuring inventory par levels, and assisting in equipment maintenance. The role requires attentiveness to safety and cleanliness, strong teamwork, and reliable shift coverage in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a Steward’s Department.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and public spaces.
• Assist in ordering and receiving non-food items for the Food & Beverage department.
• Inspect equipment and ensure proper operation per safety and cleanliness standards.
