Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon is seeking a part-time Steward to support our Food & Beverage team. The role ensures clean dishes and silverware are available to meet daily restaurant needs and uphold Hard Rock safety and cleanliness standards.

You will assist in ordering non-food items, inspect equipment, and communicate with the Executive Chef and F&B Director. Strong teamwork, reliability and ability to work varying shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of progressive experience in Stewarding preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Maintain department standards for cleanliness and food safety.
• Ensure availability of clean dishes and silverware according to needs.
