Crestview Management, LLC is seeking a Part Time Restaurant Server to join our team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

The position requires excellent communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Some lifting and standing are involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Check in with guests to address any additional needs or concerns.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escape when necessary.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
