Crestview Management, LLC seeks a friendly Part Time Restaurant Server in Phoenix to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive dining experience. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous server or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Check in with guests to address any additional needs or concerns.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escape when necessary.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
