Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server to take food and beverage orders, serve guests, collect payments, and help maintain the restaurant area in accordance with hotel standards.

Responsibilities include checking IDs for alcohol service, presenting menus, making recommendations, and coordinating with kitchen and host staff to ensure a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; prior guest relations experience preferred.
• Strong English language skills and excellent customer service.
• TIPS, CARE certified or willing to obtain by first day on the job.
• Experience inputting data into POS/PMS systems.
• Ability to describe menu items and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve at tables.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
• Present menus and answer questions; make recommendations.
• Collect payments and handle dining room transactions.
• Assist host/hostess with seating, reservations, and guest greetings.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables and dining areas.
