Qualifications

• RRT - NBRC and State Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Associate Degree in Respiratory.
• ACLS - within 60 days of start date.
• BCLS - within 30 days of start date.
• PALS - within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status with focused exams and airway evaluation.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy including oxygen and aerosolized meds.
• Manage ventilation and airway support, including invasive/noninvasive ventilation.
• Educate patients and families, collaborate with care team, assist in newborn stabilization as needed.
• Maintain and clean equipment, ensure readiness and infection prevention standards.
