Job summary

Hope Forest Academy / Rite of Passage is seeking a part‑time clinician to provide individual, family and group therapy for adolescents in a residential setting. You will document contacts, maintain clinical files, and update training materials as required while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, transporting clients when needed, and preparing progress notes and discharge summaries.

Qualifications

• One year of prior residential therapy experience with adolescent offenders.
• Must have a valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record (3 years).
• Ability to pass criminal background clearance, drug screen, physical and TB test.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work >40 hours weekly and manage multiple priorities.
• Maintain confidentiality and strong organization.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program needs.
• Document therapy and contacts with clients and other service providers.
• Maintain clients’ clinical files in a timely and orderly fashion.
• Maintain the Clinical Training Manual in a timely and orderly fashion, if applicable.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and ensure documentation is completed.
• Transport clients for therapeutic services when needed.
• Prepare monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans and discharge summaries.
