Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Residential Patrol in Bridgeport, CT. This part-time role involves patrolling a residential community, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests.

The pay rate is $17.00 per hour, with a schedule including day and night shifts. You will perform routine unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols of residential common areas and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions to management.
• Document incidents and patrols in reports and communicate with site leadership.
