Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Background check will be performed in compliance with laws
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may apply
• A valid driver’s license for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by following security procedures
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of property areas and report hazards or incidents
• Monitor access points and observe activity; report unauthorized access
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and document actions
• Prepare incident reports and log daily activities for property management and leadership
