Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mental health, health or related human services field or a professional license.
• If no four-year degree, at least one year of related work or life experience is required.
• A valid state driver�s license and safe driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision and support to service recipients.
• Communicate observations to the program manager and treatment team.
• Organize and supervise recreational and social activities.
• Transport and assist with transportation to appointments.
• Provide residential counseling and crisis intervention.
• Participate in developing and coordinating individual service plans.
• Document observations and services in progress notes.
• Maintain a clean, safe facility and assist with daily living activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree or RN license or equivalent experience

One year of related work or life experience if four-year degree not met

Valid state driver�s license with safe driving record
