Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking flexible, part-time inspectors to join our team. Visit residential sites, capture interior and exterior photos via our mobile app, and submit progress images for lenders. No report writing required; earnings are per inspection with direct deposit or check after approval.

Ideal candidates have a reliable vehicle, a smartphone or tablet, and willingness to work 24–48 hour turnarounds. We welcome applicants across regions, including Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule: inspections assigned as needed with short notice.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of all properties assigned directly through our smartphone app.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24-48 hours of assignment.
