Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Residential Construction Inspector for flexible, part-time engagements. Location varies by project; you will visit sites, photograph progress, and submit images via our mobile app.

You must have a reliable vehicle, a smartphone or tablet with the Pruvan app, and a basic understanding of residential construction. Pay is per inspection, with fast turnaround and opportunities across Wyoming.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule; inspections assigned as needed and typically with short notice.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app; devices no older than 5 years.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred: familiarity with residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of all properties assigned via the mobile app.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
