NWM Risk Management is expanding its field team in Colorado and seeks Residential Construction Inspectors for flexible, part-time work paid per inspection. You will tour residential sites, capture progress with photos, and submit them through our mobile app for the lenders’ reports.

Ideal candidates enjoy independent work, have reliable transportation, and can adhere to tight 24–48 hour turnarounds. No report writing is required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail for photo documentation and site progress.
• Reliability and punctual communication are essential for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites to photograph progress with the smartphone app.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
