Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking Residential Construction Inspectors on a 1099 contract basis in the United States. The role involves visiting residential sites, taking interior and exterior photos, and uploading them via our mobile app for report writing teams.

You’ll work a flexible, part-time schedule with 24–48 hour turn times, reliable transportation, and the ability to choose assignments as they become available.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required: inspections assigned as needed, typically with short notice.
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet required, compatible with the Pruvan app.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of all properties assigned directly through our smartphone app to provide a general overview of what has been completed on-site.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
