Job summary

NWM Risk Management seeks contractors to inspect residential and commercial construction sites across Minnesota. You will photograph progress on-site using a smartphone app, then submit images to the reporting team. Pay is per inspection, with the ability to choose a flexible schedule and work on a part-time basis.

The role is designed for individuals who want independent, on-demand work and the chance to earn income while staying active, without committing to a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation required.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.
• Must have a smartphone or tablet and be comfortable using the Pruvan app.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (homes, townhomes, apartments).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned through the app.
• Submit photos to the report writing team via the mobile app.
