Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking Residential Construction Inspectors to visit diverse housing sites, document progress with photos, and submit reports through our mobile app. This 1099 contract role offers flexible, part-time work with the ability to choose hours and accept inspections as they become available.

You'll typically inspect single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, and condos, travel to sites with your own vehicle, and ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule; inspections are assigned as needed with 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation required to travel to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet (iPhone or Android) compatible with the Pruvan app; devices no older than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties via the app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
