NWM Risk Management is seeking part-time inspectors to verify construction progress by taking on-site photos and uploading them via a mobile app. Flexible hours let you choose projects across Pennsylvania, with payments per inspection and no report writing required.

Inspectors travel to residential sites, capture interior and exterior progress, and submit images for lenders. This role supports independent work and quick, reliable pay on a per-inspection basis.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with 24-48 hours notice for inspections.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet usage with the Pruvan app.
• Basic construction knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos with a smartphone app to show on-site progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24-48 hours of assignment.
• No report writing is required; photo documentation only.
