Job summary

CAMBA Inc. in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a part‑time Residential Aide to support program operations and ensure safety and confidentiality for clients. The role involves conducting security rounds, logging activities, and generating incident reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work orders and basic instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills sufficient to complete logs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct at least 9 security rounds per shift and document findings.
• Complete all security and fire logs accurately on a daily basis.
• Prepare timely, comprehensive incident reports for all incidents in the facility.
• Submit incident reports for supervisor review within 24 hours and to the funder as required.
• Monitor shift exchanges and verify staff presence in the facility daily.
• Attend staff meetings quarterly and participate in requested administrative tasks.
