Apartment Life in Dallas, TX is seeking an Events and Ministry Coordinator to support one apartment community in a paid part-time capacity.

This role requires 8 hours per week at $21/hour, with afternoon, evening, and weekend availability to plan and host monthly wellness, enrichment, and social-connection events.

You will connect residents with rental, food, and community resources, partner with local businesses, report monthly activity, and collaborate with onsite staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in event planning, social impact, or human services.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer skills and English proficiency.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform required physical duties.
• Available for evenings/weekends and the required service commitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs based on community needs.
• Organize educational workshops and resident activities.
• Meet with residents and connect them to resources.
• Maintain updated resource information for residents.
• Ensure activities run smoothly and meet program goals.
• Meet weekly with supervisor and submit monthly reports.
