Job summary

Apartment Life seeks a mission-minded, relational coordinator to connect with residents, build community, and provide hospitality across a Castle Rock apartment community.

The role is part-time (8 hours/month) with flexible hours during business hours, evenings, and weekends. Compensation is $20/hour, including creating calendars, coordinating events, managing budgets, and collaborating with staff.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Basic English fluency for creating materials and reports.
• Valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Available to fulfill weekly responsibilities, including evenings and weekends.
• Willing to commit to the minimum required service term.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful opportunities to connect with and care for residents.
• Build relationships with residents and property staff.
• Encourage residents to share positive experiences online.
• Create monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media content.
• Manage event budgets and prepare monthly reports.
• Meet with property staff and the program director for planning, training, and development.
• Engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners to strengthen community connections.
