Job summary

Accessible Space, Inc. in Rochester, MN is hiring a Part Time Service Coordinator for our apartment building. The role serves as a liaison between residents and community resources, and develops programs to promote physical, social, and mental well-being to maximize independence.

You will build and maintain a directory of community resources to provide information and referral services to residents, supporting their self-sufficiency and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of experience and education may be substituted.
• Experience in social services delivery with seniors and/or individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of supportive services and community resources; ability to advocate, organize, prioritise, problem-solve, and achieve outcomes for residents.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between residents and community resources and services.
• Develop and deliver programs related to physical, social, and mental well-being to assist residents in maintaining independence.
• Develop and maintain a directory of community resources to provide information and referrals to residents.
