Job summary

AHEPA Senior Living seeks a Part-Time Supportive Service Coordinator to connect residents with community services, empowering them to live independently and thrive through wellness and educational programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Social Science or related field, experience in service management, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to travel for training; capable of working independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Service Management including organizing, problem-solving, and advocating.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Ability to travel for training.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse population.
