Job summary

Peabody Properties, Inc. in Boston is seeking a part-time Resident Service Coordinator (24 hours/week) to join the management team at multiple apartment communities. You will coordinate resident programs, help residents access services, and partner with community agencies to ensure supportive housing services are available.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree (B.A. in Social Work preferred) and 2–3 years of social services experience, with strong communication and computing skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of social services delivery experience with elders, families, or persons with disabilities.
• Working knowledge of area supportive services and community resources.
• Strong communication, organization, writing, and computer abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs for residents at Boston apartment communities.
