Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation (OACAC) is seeking a part-time Resource Coordinator to serve residents at Scenic Meadows and Delmar Meadows Apartments in Springfield, MO. The role focuses on connecting families and seniors with rental assistance, utility support, food resources, healthcare, and other programs.

You will build relationships, coordinate educational activities, recruit volunteers, and maintain outreach to create a stronger sense of community while maintaining accessible

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
• Experience navigating community resources and building relationships.
• Capability to organize multiple programs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with residents and families.
• Connect residents with rental/utility assistance, food resources, healthcare, and other programs.
• Plan and coordinate educational and enrichment programs for residents.
• Organize community-building activities and events.
• Recruit volunteers, interns, and partner agencies to support programming.
