Responsibilities

• Provide excellent experiences for residents, vendors, partners and owners.
• Maintain curb appeal and property appearance standards.
• Assist Community Manager in achieving occupancy and budget targets.
• Adhere to LIHTC program requirements and reporting.
• Assist with daily accounting functions related to financials.
• Follow required health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
