Job summary

Great Lakes Management is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant at Broadwell Senior Living in Minnesota. Shifts include 7:00am-3:30pm and 11:00pm-7:00am, with a pay range of $17.00–$22.00 per hour.

The role focuses on hands-on physical and emotional care, daily ADL support, and contributing to resident well-being, under RN direction. Benefits include shift differentials and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as indicated on the individualized service agreement.
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement.
• The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.
