Job summary

Benedictine Living seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home.

In this role you will document observations, assist with onboarding of new associates, and coordinate care with the care team to ensure residents’ needs are met.

This is a community-focused position in the upper Midwest with opportunities for growth and a supportive, mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification in place or obtained.
