Benedictine is seeking a Resident Assistant in Duluth, MN to support residents with daily living activities, document observations, and assist with onboarding new associates. The RA will foster compassion, build relationships, and help maintain a safe and welcoming living environment.

Candidates should have strong communication, the ability to prioritize tasks independently, and a willingness to complete medication administration training.

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
