Benedictine Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain their personal environment. The role emphasizes compassionate care and building meaningful relationships with residents.

You will document observations, assist with onboarding of new Associates, and collaborate with care teams to ensure safety and quality of life. This position requires strong communication and adherence to training requirements.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain medication administration training program.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
