Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking a Resident Assistant in Proctor, MN. You will assist residents with daily activities, support dignity and comfort, and work with a compassionate team to provide person-centered care.

Flexible shifts and a pay rate up to $21/hour based on experience. DHS background check is required; CNA licensing may be needed for some applicants. Join us to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS Background Study.
• All applicants must be 18 or older; CNA required for some applicants per regulations.
• Care for aging population with dignity and respect.
