Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Park Rapids, MN is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to provide dignified daily care in a home-like setting. We offer flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, with no mandated extra shifts beyond your schedule.

Join a supportive team with training, PTO, health and dental benefits, a 401(k), and CNA certification reimbursement while employed. Wages up to $19.50/hour based on experience, with shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Must be able to provide care with dignity to aging residents.
• Applicants must be 18 or older; under 18 possible only if CNA license per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing
• Dressing and grooming
• Feeding assistance
• Management of dementia-related behaviors
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication administration and treatments
• End of life cares
• Meal preparation
• Activities
• Daily housekeeping and laundry
