Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is hiring a Resident Assistant to support residents in Proctor, MN. You will provide compassionate care to maintain dignity, comfort, and joy in daily activities, including grooming, feeding, mobility, and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS Background Study.
• Must be 18+ (18+ may be considered with a valid CNA license).

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing residents.
• Dressing and grooming assistance.

• Manage dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (incl. mechanical lifts).
