Job summary

Talbott Recovery Center is seeking a Part-time Residential Assistant at the Main Campus in Atlanta to support patient-centered care and coordinated treatment activities. You will help with daily residence operations, schedule coordination, and group experiences that promote recovery within a compassionate team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s in psychology or social work preferred, and at least two years in mental health.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s in psychology or social work preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in mental health field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of residences, program scheduling and related activities.
• Participates as a member of the clinical treatment teams.
• Coordinates patient transportation.
• Inspects residences and common areas for sanitization, order, safety.
• Plans and conducts patient orientations.
• Trains, coaches, evaluates and supervises Residential Assistants.
• Oversees work schedule for Resident Assistants.
