Responsibilities

• Oversee daily client activities and maintain a safe, structured environment.
• Conduct routine safety checks and facility rounds.
• Assist clients in developing decision‑making and life skills.
• Distribute medications and observe drug screenings.
• Conduct searches of client belongings to maintain safety.
• Document daily observations and incidents in the software.
• Respond to emergencies with de‑escalation and crisis‑management strategies.
• Greet and assist new clients during non‑clinical intakes.
• Monitor behavioral changes and move clients through the program safely.
• Provide transportation to appointments or activities as needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
